First Post!

Well here goes, this is my first post to my new blog. Not really sure what this "blogging" bit is all about, but as I always say "live and learn". My intention for creating this blog is to be able to post items of interest about the island of Nevis, West Indies. I have my own HUGE web site about Nevis, but it is a bit large to update very often. I want this blog to be able to compliment my web site by having the ability to add items of interest in a much more efficient and timely manner. I will not start off by claiming that I will post everyday, as that is not really very realistic with my life schedule, however you can be sure that if I am in town and have the time, any interesting tidbits and or photos pertaining to Nevis will be posted. Sure hope I know what I am doing :)
